Pacific age group and senior records are as of August 31, 2009. Records set from September 1, 2009, through early March 2010 are shown, labeled as "update."
Pacific swimmers who break or tie a time that shows as a Pacific record in the 2010 Swim Guide, even if there is a faster time listed as an update for the 2009-10 records year (Sept. 1, 2009 to Aug. 31, 2010), are eligible to receive a certificate, and should contact Records Chairman Rick Beebe, phone (707) 526-7809.
National and American records are taken from the USA Swimming web site. National age group records are as of March 8, 2010, for short course and September 8, 2009, for long course. National All-Star relay records are as of September 1, 2009. American and world records are as of August 25, 2009. Short course and long course Far Western Championships records include record swims from the 2009 meets.
