November 15, 2022 - CANRA Mandatory Reporter Training Records
Yesterday USA Swimming sent out a notification to members indicating that they were no longer in good standing if the CANRA Mandatory Reporter Training was not in their member record. We understand a number of you took this test either through the LEARN platform before the launch of SWIMS 3.0 or soon after and now find that it’s missing. There are two ways you can rectify this 1) Resend your proof of completion i.e. your certificate of completion or the screenshot of course completion and the date you completed the course to Laurie@pacswim.org or 2) go in through USA Swimming University (the education platform access in your new member dashboard) and simply retake the course.
Laurie will be sending in updates 1-2x a week to USA Swimming to be corrected manually, so if you need it immediately, you may wish to retake the course for the sake of expediency.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this transition. Please do not just keep forwarding your email from USA Swimming to Laurie - she cannot correct this part of the member record currently and she’s getting more emails than can be processed in a day.
