January 10, 2023 - Information Regarding General Chair David Cottam
To All Members of Pacific Swimming,
I would like to let you know that yesterday on January 9, 2023, General Chair David Cottam had a stroke. He is presently in Walnut Creek Kaiser Hospital, but is expected to return home within a day or two. He will be taking a medical leave from all Pacific Swimming duties for the next two months while he works on his health recovery. Please continue to direct your swimming related questions to Cindy Rowland and other office staff. In the interim, I will be covering David’s General Chair Duties.
We all wish David, a smooth and speedy recovery, and offer our heartfelt prayers and support to David, Carol, and the Cottam family.
