August 14, 2021 - New 2021-2022 Registration Forms & Membership Cards
NEW FORMS FOR 2021-2022 year-round athletes are now posted!
The 2021-2022 year-round athlete fee is $84.00, the first increase by Pacific Swimming since 2014.
Forms will be returned if an outdated registration form is used, or an incorrect registration fee is sent.
2021-2022 Registration/Membership Forms
The 2021-2022 Registration/Membership Forms will be available for new/renewing members who do not have a current membership.
DO NOT send in any registration for athletes/non-athletes who are already registered through December 31, 2021. Annual renewals for athletes/non-athletes who are registered through December 31, 2021, will need to be sent in through your Club's re-registration after October 15, 2021.

Due to the volumne of athletes, we will not have time to respond to individual emails/phone calls that just want to verify registration. If you would like to verify your registration, you may check through Deck Pass.
Registration/Membership Cards
USA Swimming has not mailed any Registration/Membership cards since the 2019 Season. Once the member is in the database, their registration can be verified and they can print their own registration card through Deck Pass.
