August 10, 2019 - New Proposed Bylaws Now Posted
Pacific Swimming has revised their bylaws to align with the USA Swimming template. These bylaws will be voted on at the next House of Delegates Meeting, October 13, 2019, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Concord, CA. Click for the link to preview the bylaws.
