February 20, 2025 - Pacific Swimming Announces the Passing of Kati McDermott, Orinda Aquatics Coach
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Orinda Aquatics coach, Kati McDermott. Kati most recently was the coach of the Junior group at Orinda Aquatics and was formerly a coach with ALTO Swim Club.
Kati is fondly remembered by the coaches, athletes, and families of Orinda Aquatics for her love and joy of coaching her swimmers. Pacific Swimming sends their condolences to the McDermott family.
