October 10, 2016 - PacSwim Awards Results
The annual PacSwim Awards took place on Saturday, October 8 at the Embassy Suites Milpitas-Silicon Valley. Swimmers, their families and coaches from throughout the LSC joined to enjoy dinner and awards and each nominee received a Pacific Swimming towel. Miranda Heckman (PLS) and Jerry Chu (SCSC), each won 3 Outstanding Swimmer awards plus their Age Group Race of the Year award. Maxime Rooney (PLS) also took home 4 individual awards, including Outstanding Swimmer in both short course and long course, as well as Race of the Year and Swimmmer of the Year in the Senior division.
