December 10, 2014 - USA Swimming Releases Information on Futures Championships
The inaugural 2015 Futures Championships will be held July 30-August 2, 2015. Three championships will be held across the US--Greensboro, NC, Mt. Hood, OR and West Lafayette, IN. Members of Pacific Swimming will compete at the Mt. Hood Aquatic Center in Mt. Hood, Oregon.
The Futures Championship was designed by USA Swimming with the premise to allow a season ending championship meet for those swimmers who have not yet met the qualifying standards for the Speedo Junior National or Philllips 66 National Championships. Athletes have between July 1, 2014 and the entry deadline to qualify for the meet. Swimmers with Phillips 66 Nationals cuts will not be able to compete in this meet.
