Attending the Athlete Leadership Summit on October 15-16th of 2022 was such an honor being able to represent my team and zone. Everyone had such a great time learning lots about how to be a better leader on our teams. My favorite session was when we had the college panel in to talk to us about college recruitment and how much hard work you have to put in. I made lots of friends, being able to connect with athletes from a lot of different teams and share ideas to help each other. I would recommend to any athlete that has the chance to attend this amazing experience, to go and get a feel on how athletes can make a difference in our sport. - Bella Pflieger, Zone 4 Representative
