October 20, 2024 - Celebration of Life Information for Michael Fujii, Head Coach of SBA
It is with a heavy heart that San Benito Aquatics shares the passing of their head coach Michael Fujii on Oct. 3rd after a long illness. Michael was a product of Zone 1S as a Senior National Swimmer for San Jose Aquatics and South Valley Swim Team in the 80s. He served as a coach over the past 20 years for South Valley Swim Team, Morgan Hill Makos, Santa Clara Swim Club, and San Benito Aquatics.
He is survived by his wife Debbie, a coach and official in Zone 1S. Michael's Celebration of Life will be Nov. 23 at 1pm in the multipurpose room at Santa Teresa High School. Please email Debbie Fujii, fujiid@esuhsd.org, if you plan to attend.
